We offer reforestation, land and timber sales, long term management plans, and timber management activities such as thinning and controlled burns, as well as hunt lease management.  We can also help you plan you CRP and FDP plantings and execute them for you. 
 
-What do I do if I want to sell my land or timber?
First, call us at 252-398-1475 and let us find out what your specific situation is, and then we'll go from there. 
-I am interested in buying some land, how do I get notified of upcoming sales?
Please email oma@mdneal.com and let her know that you would like to be placed on the mailing list to purchase land.  If you are a timber buyer, please do the same only specify you are interested in buying timber.
